Rising StarGlobal Home Care LLC agrees to provide non-medical home care services, which may include but are not limited to:
Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting)
Mobility assistance and transfers
Companionship and supervision
Meal preparation and feeding assistance
Light housekeeping related to client care
Medication reminders (no administration) / Errands & appointments

Agreement Schedule
• Days: Monday to Friday, weekend as agreed upon,
• 4hrs, 6hrs, 8hrs, 12 hrs as agreed upon.
• Hours: As agreed upon
• Start Date: As soon as 48 hours

Workers’ compensation is a state-mandated insurance program that your employer pays for.
The Holocaust Program provides dignified, culturally-sensitive home care assistance for Holocaust survivors living in Brooklyn.
Our aides assist patients with various health-related and home care tasks – chores, meal prep, grooming, and more.
Consumer Direct Personal Assistance Program allows patients to hire family members and friends as personal assistants.
Nursing Home Transition and Diversion Waiver program serves individuals at risk of going into a nursing home and supports their independence and integration into the community.
Private care is paid for out of pocket. It includes the home care services you want for as long as you need with no limits. Create your personal plan and schedule of care outside of insurance restrictions!
With this program, patients with traumatic brain injury are eligible to receive comprehensive care in the comfortable surroundings of their homes.
